Warmrails Regent Wall Mount Towel Warmer, Chrome, 25.25-Inch Height, 25.5 inch Width, Plug In or Direct Wire – Model HSRC

This is my first time buying one of these and they are not carried in my local store, hence I had to order from Walmart.com. I returned this unit because I thought the size would be too small for hanging a body towel, but I liked the unit and I ranked high on value because: bright shiny chrome fits into all the other chrome in the bath; Sturdy; Solid mount points; and I liked that this unit allowed me to "Hard Wire" the power. 4 stars because I "made up my mind" that I want a timer. In my mind I would not leave the iron on all day, why leave this on all day? Hence I want it to turn itself off (Timer).

The rack was very easy to install, and it's not bad looking. I just expected the towels to feel warmer than they do. The rails are very warm, but the towel not so much. The towel layer touching the rails is warmer than the room air, but not by much, and the towel's next layer out from the rail (the towel must be folded to fit on the rack) is not warm at all. Disappointing when I was hoping for a toasty towel after a shower. I do like the fact that it comes with hardwire equipment, which on many models is not an option.

If this towel warmer was used specifically for drying a damp towel I would say it does that, but if it is used for warming a towel as advertised than I would say it failed. It is slightly warm where the towel comes into contact with the bar and that is it.

The photo faked us out. This towel warmer is smaller than it looks. It's too small to use with a standard bath towel. We returned it.
