Right for the price.
Great product for the price. Does what it's suppose to, easy to assemble and I like the versatility of free standing or wall hanging. Wish it were a little more attractive, but given its price difference compared to others I looked at, I don't mind.

Nice warm, dry towels at a great price.
Works well; using it wall-mounted. Nicely made and far less expensive than most other warmers.

Jerdon Warmrails 34"
I have had two previous towel warmers in 25 years. They were great so I ordered another one. It came poorly constructed. Frame was crooked and would not fit base. No way to rig. No way to take back to Walmart so had to take pictures for proof, wait for retailer, Shop Ladder, to justify refund, wait for mailing label to return via Fed Ex, another trip to my busy schedule. Walmart should not sell products that cannot be returned to the local store for quick resolution. Now I am in a quandry about reordering.
