Good Follow-up to the Classic Series
If you're a fan of the old tv series like I am, you'll enjoy this follow-up made for tv movie from 1986. You also get to see Brandon Lee's film debut.

Reminds me of the original series I used to watch religiously when I was younger. Better than what Hollywood produces nowadays.

Good addition to our Kung Fu journey
It was an interesting in between the series movie. It gave some answers from the first series onto the next series years later. Overall, we enjoyed the movie, and it fit the narrative of Qui Chang Kangs' story from the original series. Nothing can compare to the original. However, it was a nice final hurrah for David Carradine to portray as close to Qui Chang as he can to finish the series up. We didn't love it, but we enjoyed having the character back. The cinematics on here were pretty ridiculously funny, and some things didn't make much sense at all. It would've been so much greater if it was made like the series. We didnt see it as wasted opportunitiy considering it was a movie and the era it was made, movies were very over the top. Overall we are happy with our purchase to add to our collection.

Better than average martial afrts movie
Good semi factual movie with the usual Hollywood makeover. As a retired martial arts master I saw many factual things and I managed to ignore the things (like levitation) that movie makers use as a hook.
