This is the first in a long line of movies in which Harry Carey Jr appeared with John Wayne and directed by John Ford. John Ford and Harry Carey Sr had done this movie as a silent film in 1919 with a different title, "Marked Men". Jr plays the same role as his father played in the silent film. For those who like the earlier John Wayne movies, this one is a must have and at a great price. I also recommend reading the book "Company of Heroes" written by Harry Carey Jr. It gives a good inside view of John Ford, John Wayne and many of the actors and stunt men in movies and Hollywood itself during that period.

Nothing like the classics
If you like old westerns, this is the original 3 Men and a Baby John Wayne style.

It's for a family member who wanted this movie, she was very happy on the arrival of the dvd, there was a slight delay in shipping, though it got here as expected.

The DVD did not work on my DVD player. I tested it along with other DVDs and they played my old DVD but did not play the new DVD I received from Walmart. The DVD from Walmart might be defective.
