I needed to re think 'food' and I like the idea of reading the back of the packaging and understand all the ingredients used to make the product. After the last blood test, try to stay away from processed and ultra processed foods. Somehow in my search, I stumbled upon Swedish bread, tasted it, hmm and began to add tuna salad, egg salad, chicken salad as topping to compliment the crispy texture it began to replace bread for sandwiches for lunch. Its good and I feel better, knowing I'm doing something to help my health.

Rye Crisps Have to Be Shipped
This product is made in Sweden. The price at Walmart is very highperhaps due to tariffs on overseas products. Dillon's has them much cheaper, and they are 'in store' and don't have to be shipped.

Very dry need to have some kind of spread on them
I never tried these before one thing I can say about them is they're dry as heck but on a sidenote, they're actually pretty good with peanut butter so I gave them four stars. I will probably buy these again.
