Wasa® Light Rye Swedish Crispbread 9.5 oz

I needed to re think 'food' and I like the idea of reading the back of the packaging and understand all the ingredients used to make the product. After the last blood test, try to stay away from processed and ultra processed foods. Somehow in my search, I stumbled upon Swedish bread, tasted it, hmm and began to add tuna salad, egg salad, chicken salad as topping to compliment the crispy texture it began to replace bread for sandwiches for lunch. Its good and I feel better, knowing I'm doing something to help my health.

This product is made in Sweden. The price at Walmart is very highperhaps due to tariffs on overseas products. Dillon's has them much cheaper, and they are 'in store' and don't have to be shipped.

This is good for snacking, low in calories better than bread!

no flavor but needed for a diet and soup. Would order again as the crackers are filling.

I bought a bunch because they are very healthy and yummy light snack .

I grew up eating these, they're very versatile.
