handy little tool use for a lot of things

A great help to open the watch back cover but not perfect.

It would have been nice to have instructions included, poor quality

This is NOT a Bergeron tool. Deceptive advertising. I haven't used it yet, but I think it will do the job just fine. A real Bergeron tool has a real handle. This is just dipped into Plastisol for a rubberized handle. When it arrived, it was in a cellophane sleeve. And the Plastisol handle had adhered to the cellophane sleeve so tightly that I had to slide 2 pieces of thin cardboard into the sleeve to get it to release. I could have just ripped the cellophane off, but I wanted to preserve the original packaging. I guess it's worth the money, but if there's a next time, I'll get the Uxcell tool %26 pay the extra price.

The so-called case opener is worthless unless there is a notch on the side of the case to allow the knife to fit in. The blade is too thick to fit between the case back and the bezel. It's worthless as any jeweler or watch specialist will tell you.

This knife opener came in on time. I contacted the seller but never got a response. The knife is so dull it cannot open any of my watches. It is too thick to go under the lips on the watch. I don't know if I got a dull opener so I tried to contact the seller and never got a response. So disappointed!!!

Came looking like it was used for years. Not helpful at all. I do better using screwdrivers and my knife.

over rated. after fooling with it for an hour, I used a kitchen knife and opened two watchs very easily when the "tool" was a waste of time

Does not work at all !!! I have different makes of watches and we could not get the backs off of any of them. Don't waste your money!
