Horrible Experience
⭐ 1 Star (would give zero if allowed) I never received the product, so I can't speak to its quality — only the experience, which has been terrible. Walmart's AI chat bot originally told me I could not get a refund, even though Walmart's website clearly states there is a 30‑day return policy. After I asked Walmart associate for a refund, I suddenly received an email saying another item was being shipped, but no tracking information has ever been provided. At this point, the only honest review I can give is about the service: extremely poor communication, no product delivered, and no resolution. I would avoid purchasing anything from this seller. Hopefully Walmart starts removing third‑party sellers who operate like this.
