The transformation from gel to solid is so neat and it's a great experiment/craft to use as a teaching experience and the kids have no idea they are still being educated over the summer. I am a firm believer in teaching as play. We have gone through several lots and it also is a fun busy project as well. The creative that my grandchildren and adult children use to create their little creatures makes this mama / GiGi heart proud. My 83 yr old mother in law would even enjoy this one.

My 9 year absolutely loved this gift for the holidays. She has been making jelly pets for over a month. The kit has a lot of colors and molds.

I had eight year-olds to 19-year-olds playing with this at the same time and they seem to really enjoy using it and maid very cute multi colored critters. It said it needs to stay in the water. I'm not sure if that's true. I haven't checked to see if the animals have degraded yet. Maybe more on that later.

my mom did this with my kids while i was at work. they had a blast doing it. they do come out the way youd expect them too. only thing to beware of is my 2 yr old thought they were gummies and tried to eat one. but thats not on the product-- they just are small enough and look similar to gummies and have the same sort of texture.

this was a hit! the adults liked it too! although afterwards it's just kind of trash...lol

My grandson told me he wanted this... He kept going into the store and didn't see it on the shelf., when he opened the box, he was so excited!!! he carried it around until he could go home to do it!!! his mom said they had a lot of fun doing the project!!!

This activity was fun, easy, and not super messy. My 6, 3, and 2 year old LOVE playing with them in the bathtub. We made almost 20 so far and filled the jar. But theres still more solution and gel left to make more. The only downside is small pieces have been coming off the squishes. You might want to try and screen those pieces out so they dont go down the drain.

this is a fun craft item but it requires assistance and patience. the little characters take 90 mins minimum to cure in water...then they have to stay kept in water ..eventually they get kind of icky and end up thrown away. it is a good time for while the kiddo is being creative.
