It just spins on the top of the bottle. It did not have anything included to secure the pump to the bottle. That would of made the item perfect to me.

Great love it
So far it’s been great. I’ve had it about 3 months. I charge it once a month when I go refill my 5 gallon water container. If for some reason it leaks at the beginning, just take out and readjust the hose and the bib. It will work after that. Great price. Thank you.

I just received this yesterday. And had my husband charge it immediately. We followed the directions and it worked exactly as expected.

great but could use some improvement
the idea is great. the pump itself works great, its just to big for the bottle top. it moves all over qhile filling up your cup. Maybe an insert of some kind to keep it steady. For the price yes I woyld recommend this. It does do what it states.

works great charges fast it exceeds what they say for how many 5 gallon bottles it will work on. I refill my water bottles and before I had to charge it I went through 7 5 gallon jugs

Worked. Then it didn't.
When it was working, it did its job. Item stopped working after a couple of weeks. I purchased for a 5 gallon jug. This dispenser doesn't screw in or secure to the jug in any way. It literally sits on top and is not a secure fit. Can be easily knocked off. Spend a little more money for higher quality item. this one just isn't good.

This was really nice. I charged it put it on the water bottle. I just got and it works great it's very convenient. It's very nice to just get a glass of water whenever I need and I'm thinking of getting another one to have for filling up the dogs water.

Not the greatest item but you get what you pay for
The directions are next to none and are in very broken english. It came from China! This pump does not clamp down on the bottle, it just sits on the top. So it is able to fall off if it is bumped at all. The charging cord is only 12" long so you will need an extension cord to charge it but it does seem to charge quickly. The silicon "tube" is a very thin hose but seems to work. Not Good but not bad either. Otherwise it seems ok. You get what you pay for.

The pump.
It should have two different sizes to fit bottles with caps and ones without.
