This hydration drink has saved me numerous times! I have POTS and a habit of becoming too dehydrated and this drink mix absolutely knocks it outta the park. For anyone reading this though, please be careful, it's very salty. This just so happens to not be a problem for me because of the pots.

Love Waterboy Hydration and Weekend Recovery! Works better than other brands for hydration. I start every morning with a packet to take advantage of the B12 and Ginger but I use 20-25OZ of water rather than the recommended 16 OZ of water.

This stuff is amazing! It makes it so I can tolerate the heat better! I could drink tons of plain water and it doesn't have the same effect as Water Boy!
