Really great taste and little higher in sodium so use caution but great for hydration. I use half a packet with 16oz water

So I have tried liquid IV a few times before and that never helped what so ever. I been taking the workout fruit punch for a month and the difference is night and day. Don't wake up feeling all groggy, and if you do the weekend recovery comes into play and does its job.

As an avid trail runner and occasional marathoner, I have been using Waterboy Workout Hydration for well over a year. I don't think there is any distance run that I don't mix up a tube with one of my water bottles to use along with some plain water and my gels. It always makes me feel well hydrated. Running in the desert in the summer, I will always have an extra with me just in case I feel like I am drinking too much plain water. Great product!

I have used the same pre-work hydration drink (for 14 years) and was looking for something new and tasty. Found WATER BOY in the fruit punch flavor and love it! The flavor is definitely Fruity punch - not to the degree that it is too sweet. It has a nice taste, and not salty tasting either. LOVE that it comes in individual packets which make it very easy to take on the go, for easy packing and refills. Will definitely try another flavor- but do LOVE the Fruit Punch. Totally recommend this for pre - and during workouts.

Waterboy workout hydration is such a good recovery tool. I play tennis regularly, and when I have a longer match or it's really hot, waterboy has helped me replenish and I feel its effects immediately! Great product!

if you can get past the taste it's good if it does all the stuff that it says I'm not a doctor and don't know how it works inside my body but it's supposed to help rehydrate
