Absolutely amazing drink - recommend the lime and lemon flavor. Kept us going in 100 degree heat without causing any after effects. No one was sick from heat stroke and energy levels were high.

I love how my body responds to WaterBoy! Unlike many other electrolytes I have used it actually works with the best flavor (and I have used MANY over the past 12 years of running marathons!) It's salty with an actual kick that brings me back to life. It is high in potassium and not too bad in magnesium with a good amount of sodium for heavy sweaters. The only major drawback is the very high price which makes me use it very conservatively which in turn, defeats the purpose. It is the most expensive electrolyte out there and that's why I sacrificed a star for it.
