Only good things to say about this watercolor paint set. The cakes may be small but each one goes a long way. It's enough to paint dozens of pictures. The pigments are vivid, 100 colors give you plenty of variety and the metal case is sturdy and convenient. This is great for beginners hobby.

this set is small enough to carry about. complete enough to actually do something with paper and brush. i got it for my wife as a why not gift. she loves it

We were very excited when we ordered this because of the 100 colors. HOWEVER we were NOT prepared for how tiny each color was. Half the size of my pinky nail! Challenging to access 1 individual color without wetting others. Don't expect the paints to last long either. Recipient told me they'd rather have only 30 larger paints
