This RO system is the easiest I have ever dealt with and the water tastes amazing!! I could not believe how fast I was able to change the filter. Previously, it would be a big ordeal trying to unscrew the cartridges - water would get everywhere and I had to grease the gaskets to ensure no leaks, which happened if I was not careful to screw the things in exactly the right way. What a pain. Literally took me 35-45 minutes to change a single cartridge. Enter this one. literally took me 20 seconds to change. No mess, no gasket greasing, no time wasted. I stared at it and had to check everything for 5 minutes because I was in such a state of disbelief that I could do a filter change this easily. After wasting 5 minutes I decided to celebrate this new system for getting my RO water. Installing this cartridge reminded me that I really hit the water lottery when I got this system!

Filter and system is great. Getting a replacement filter is terrible. I ordered on and then received an email stating FEDEX had delivered it. I did not receive it and contacted your customer service which turned out to be customer no service. I was asked to do the customer service reps job by contacting FEDEX and walking 1/2mile to my neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them. Ultimately it arrived 2 days later via USPS, having never been in the FEDEX system.

Very easy to remove the old and install the new. The only reason to give a 4 instead of 5 is the waste of the old cartridge. I now have this new looking used cartridge that has to be thrown away instead of recycling the carbon filter inside. I would gladly give you a couple of extra bucks on the original purchase if the new cartridge came with a UPS label to send the old one back. What a waste!!!

This filter needs to be replaced 2 times a year on average. There is no current way to recycle the waterdrop filters without going to a third party and paying for their services. Waterdrop needs to find a clear and convenient way for their customers to recycle their filters.

I love everything about this Rain Drop System! The water tastes clean and fresh, the design is attractive and compact under the sink, and most enjoyable to me is that I don’t have to hire a handyman to change the filters. Just a little twist and the old one is out and the new one is in. Voila!
