Waterdrop G3 reverse osmosis system, 7 stage Water Filtration System, tankless, NSF Certified, 1: 1 Drain Ratio

The overall experience from the order to the tracking to delivery service to this thankless RO product itself and installation instructions far exceed my expectations . For those reasons I choose to rate this highly.

Compact modern in design with 3 stage filters. Easy to install under the sink with tight space. Comes with all the necessary fittings and no special tools other than a 1/4” drill and a screwdriver. The only installation issue I had was that the faucet should have a longer base to clear the surface of the counter which in my case was granite and the base plywood underneath the counter. The connection to the faucet is a snap connector and must lock in properly to prevent any leaks. I had the shave down my plywood about 1/8 “ to get a proper grip under the counter

Filter system is awesome and the customer service is amazing. I bought two units and one had a problem with the faucet. I contacted customer service and they communicated so fast and made things all better. Highly recommend this product and company.

It was a smooth transaction, fast shipping said 5-7 business days, i got it in 3. Well packaging. Easy straight forward installation. Water taste as expected. Very happy with purchase

I like how compact this unit is so it doesn't take up too much space under the sink like a big tank does.

The product is as described and fit under the sink> make sure you have depth clearance. It looks nice and is working well. My tank system was full of black? and I had cleaned it a year before, so I wanted tankless.

This review is not based on the product but Waterdrop the company. I place the order Sunday morning, called the very next day, well within their 24 hr policy for cancellations and they stilled shipped the product to me. Then it took multiple emails to get a return label and refund which took 3 weeks. Logistics for this company is not on par with other e-commerce companies. Don’t expect your return to go smoothly when buying direct from their site.

This is the worst RE system I got. It keeps flashing/draining water every 5 mins for close to 1 minute. It wastes a lot of water. Even more than traditional RE systems.
