I use these when I'm running around at work. Convenient to throw the wrapped tablet in your bag and add to your water later. Love that it isn't too sweet tasting but makes water more bearable to drink if you don't like water. I feel like they give me a little boost and keep me hydrated! Drink your water! I first discovered it in Amsterdam and was elated to discover that I can order this product in Canada from iHerb. This is a sugar free product that contains electrolytes. Great for hydration and adds flavour to your water to break up the monotony of drinking just water all day.

Taste is very faint i was hoping for more. Size of the package is convinient for on the go hydration. I wish i liked it more because the ingredients are high quality.

Honestly this made my water undrinkable - that's how bad it tasted. Don't waste your money, the taste is beyond gross and the capsules are hard to get out too.
