My second Waterdrop product. Their filters do a great job making good-tasting water. Their products, though, are engineered to make as much of a mess as possible, from spraying water all over the kitchen from their faucet mount filters to this thing, which you have to fill from a pitcher because it wont fit under the faucet. Then when you pour the water in, the clear plastic hinged valve deflects some of the water back out, onto the lid and down the sides. The valve counts how many times you fill it so it can tell you when to replace the cartridge. I would rather have a dry floor that's safe to walk on.
