I've had my Waterdrop for a couple of years. Live in the mountains with super hard water.. It's so nice to have a filtered system that is countertop, since I live in a rented apartment and cannot have an RO system. Have had many cheap systems, but after this system? I'll not go to anything else. Much recommended!

My water now tastes about the best of any filter I have tried.

Excellent quality

ease of installation; very easy/ good product

18 months it TASTES GREAT %26 WORKS GREAT! I'm only getting the extra filter because it's supposed to be changed every 12 months or 1 year. Unless the taste goes bad we were thinking of changing it with our spring cleaning 😁 Haaaa! ha! HO! HO! Ho!

The replacement filter cartridge is not as good as the on we came with the main unit. The water smells like clorine / bleach.

Looks clean, but would like item to be clear so one can see what's inside.

It's not as effective as a RO water filter, but works well and takes up much less space. If you cannot install an under-the-sink system, this might be your best bet. Effective - reduces/eliminates dissolved solids to almost 0 PPM. Relatively low-cost. Decent build quality. Good customer support and service by Waterdrop. Would purchase again.

like the product HOWEVER ordered TWO and only received ONE, contacted Walmart and was advised to wait several days before contacting again to make sure it didn't get delivered later, I think waiting 12 days after the first one was delivered is LONG enough to wait for the second one. the filter does do a great job if you get your order.
