I always put my own shower head on when I move into a place. Ours ended up in storage so we bought this one. I love it. I have very thick very long hair and need decent water pressure to wash my hair. This model met my needs and was very reasonably priced.

I got what I was looking for, the selections I like, from water-saving trickle, to narrow stream, to full, none of which are too high-powered to be comfortable, especially for bathing my dogs. I use it for dog-bathing even though it doesn't have a handle because I like the settings; I have it attached directly to the shower hose.

My water pressure is not great...and so, while searching for a new shower head, I wanted one that would hopefully be able to fully use the water pressure available. Before I chose this unit, I looked online at videos of how to overcome the various water saver features on most shower heads. Then, I purchased this WaterPik Powerspray and took 5 minutes to open and find the tiny little black rubber band which was the actual water restrictor. I would never have known that little rubber band was the thing I was after, had it not been for the videos I had watched. When I screwed the shower head onto the pipe in my shower and turned the water on, a blast of water came out and shocked me! I have never known such powerful water pressure in my shower...and I have lived here for 40 years! So YES, I highly recommend this WaterPik Powerspray shower head! It certainly lives up to its name, IF you remove the little black rubber band!

All I had to do was take pliers and screw the old one off, then tighten this one on, and I had a perfect flow. It makes me feel more clean and comfortable. If I need to wash my hair while showering, I definitely can. I was kind of surprised when I turned the shower on after installing this.

I originally bought this to replace a showerhead in a unit. I was renting a few months back. I was looking for something that was a step up from the below builder grade showerhead from 1970s in my unit. This little guy ended up performing better than I expected, and I ended up buying a second one for my home in my guest bathroom.

I may have been expecting too much from Waterpik; I already had an adjustable sprayer which provided similar results.

Looks great, easy to install, the spray options are nice. As others have mentioned, it's flow is just too weak. Its packaging says "PowerSpray, a Powerful and Invigorating Experience." Not a word about it being a low-flow product. Pretty deceptive and a waste of money.
