Doing the job

Di26 August 28, 2026

Have had the waterpik for around a month at this point, so far very happy with it. Easy to use, the reservoir holds adequate amount of water and good size. I have not tried the optional nozzles yet. Although I thought having the rotating head would be a big deal to have, honestly I do not fuss with it much. So far the battery life has been good as well as the two pressure options.

Great features

Gramma80 July 24, 2026

We bought this Waterpik while on vacation and we’re so happy we did! It replaced a Waterpik cordless approximately 4 years old. We love this new model even more than our first one….its runs quieter, more gentle on our gums too. I love the new water reservoir design too. Needless to say we are very happy we decided to upgrade after losing our charging cord! Great product!

It's okay so far

Mellie26 July 27, 2026

It's difficult to use. I did research online to get more advice on how to use it. It's still awkward. I do okay on the right side of my mouth, but it's hard to reach all the teeth on the left side. (I'm right handed.) It's also difficult to reach the back side of the teeth. Even on the low setting, it's a bit uncomfortable. Also, it's hard to turn it off while it's in my mouth, so water sprays all over when I take it out to turn it off. Unclear how to wash the reservoir. It doesn't seem to open all the way to really wash it inside. I don't have dishwasher so that's not an option. If there's a way to fully open the reservoir, it's not obvious.

My FIRST !!

Pickee July 17, 2026

It works grreat as you gets used to using it. I had no idea that the model I bought would hold such a small amount of water. Sure wish I could trade up to a larger model. Somehow you need to help educate the customeron the utside of the box, so before buying it they have a better idea of the value of the different sizes. It works fine but the tank is too small. Can I upgrade??

I should have bought the countertop model.

BKH55 August 28, 2026

The cordless works but I do find it rather clumsy and it doesn't last as long as I would like it to. Although, if it did hold more water it would be more difficult to maneuver. I bought the cordless because I was told I could use it in the shower and avoid the mess. Well, I must be much less messy than mist because it hasn't been a problem at all. I will offer this one to my granddaughter and I will purchase a counter top model for myself.

While being cordless is desirable, the water reservoir is small and has to be refilled before flossing is complete. Also have to hold the flosser straight up in order for the water to flow. Is a little awkward. And, as someone with Parkinson’s, the body of the flosser is hard to hold. There are only 2 levels of water pressure available. Does not seem to work as well as my previous waterpik.

Nice but......

Iceangel July 20, 2026

I had heard that water flossing help clean the gums better however I find the Waterpick a bit hard to use. It is a bit bulky to hold and often I find water that has sprayed everywhere or a big puddle of water on the sink. I do not know if there is a particular way to hold it. I have not had it that long so I am willing to give it a bit more of a try.

Head spins around while trying to use it. Horribl

Scott August 20, 2026

There is no way to secure the tips. They click in and don't come out, but they spin around and are not stationary while trying to use it. I've read the instructions multiple times and it just says to push in until it clicks and that is what I did. The less expensive models that we purchased do not do this.

Device Failed to Work Longer Than a Couple of Mos

Kimberly May 17, 2026

I recently purchased this Waterpik, and unfortunately it no longer works. The Waterpik should have lasted much longer than a couple of months. Past Waterpiks have lasted much longer than this one. I’m very disappointed in the quality of this device.

Terrible Waterpik Model

Lindsay March 7, 2026

The "easy spin" 360 rotation on this particular Waterpik model means that it's unwieldy and can't stay in one place to clean your teeth. I've had 2 other Waterpiks before and this is the worst model. I think I'm going to return it.
