It sticks really well, even through sweaty workouts and showers, and gives solid support without feeling stiff. Easy to apply, stays put, and doesn't peel up at the edges. For the price, it's a great go-to tape to keep in your gym bag.

This type of tape is one that I often thought about, but I never did any research to see why people use it. I don't know exactly what's wrong with my leg, I suspect is a pinched nerve but i haven't had the test to confirm. Since getting the tape. I have had a couple of episodes where my leg was really painful, including one where I could barely move. While it doesn't fix the issue, it also helps a lot, specially feeling like my leg is secure. I love this product and when I ran out, I'm definitely buying more

This one he's already had me buy again in fear that when he needs it again it will be sold out.

It is waterproof which also equals sweat proof! I found a way that works for me to apply to my back/shoulder to support it for workouts and everyday life. I would recommend to anyone looking for this type of product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is good for athletes. It helps support muscle and relief pain. It is waterproof so even if sweating, it stays in place. Also even thought the tape stays in place it is easy to remove when you are ready to remove it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this after a workout to help with soreness and it helped diminish the soreness. I think the product is great for the value. There's 3 rolls in a pack and they're lengthy. I do have to say that you do need sharp scissors to cut it and round the edges. It also kept rolling on the edges when wearing pants. You have to be careful with applying it as touching it will not adhere as well. I have tried better products with better grip and flexibility but due to product and cost I would still give this one a try since it still serves its purpose. It feels like a breathable bandaid and comes in cool colors.

Mighty X provides a poor excuse for kinesiology tape - this poor quality tape doesn't stick. It's thin, doesn't stretch properly and wrinkles easily when applying. Doesn't stay on for more than about an hour before it begins coming loose. Total waste of money. Will spend the little bit more to go back to original product that easily stays on for a week, even with multi showers.

Would not stay on me after 3 tries. I had a reaction to the tape on both knees. I had neither problem with other tapes.
