Not just for chili
I used Watkins organic chili gourmet seasoning mix last night in my tamale pie. Oh my God it was so delicious a little spicy which I loved and the flavor was amazing it really up to my game thank you.

Love Watkins Chili try Fire Roasted diced tomatoes
I always loved Watkins Chili. I undersand that this is a new organic mix. I love it and my husbsnd loves it. I used fire roasted organic diced tomatoes. I'm glad I purchased the large bottle. I sometimes deglaze browned meat with a little cooking sherry to get all browned bits and add a little dimension.

Great mix for chili - non-traditional flavor
This mix has great quality spices, and is easy to use. For my family, the flavor profile was not what we would expect with a traditional chili mix, it's definitely more herbal. Some may enjoy that, unfortunately, my family didn't. Great mix, just not for us.
