Watkins Pure Almond Extract, 2 fl oz (Liquid, Ambient, Plastic Container)

Again, you go through the years using 'one' particular product. Then out of left field, comes one that leaves the prior one(s) in the dust. That is what the Watkins almond extract has shown me. While doing a pastry that's exactly what transpired: added a burst of flavor that amazed me & company. Can't go wrong with this one.

I've know Watkins flavors since I was a child. My grandmother only used them when making my favorite tea cakes for me. As a result, when I reached adulthood and began to bake for my family, I continued to use only Watkins flavors. Over the years, I've discovered, there is no match when it comes to baking flavors. I especially love the five flavor cake and my entire family of friends only request this cake from me when it's a potluck occasion. Watkin's flavors super-cedes all others.

I use in place of vanilla extract. I try not to use vanilla anymore and replace with some other flavor. This gives a wonderful warm nutty flavor. Gives my stuff a slightly different taste!

The aroma and taste are absolutely wonderful.

I'm not sure of comparisons but it is good taste and fair price

Great taste, I always get Watkins when available. Serious almond flavor, don't want to use too much!

Great value but use a little bit more than what recipe recommends because the vanilla flavor isn't as strong or used with the liquid regular vanilla extract as well
