Watkins Pure Lemon Extract, 11 oz (Food Form: Liquids, Glass Container)

Excellent strong lemon flavor. I am a bit biased in that I live near to the city where this is made.

Great product for baking cakes and pies,taste good and look great.

Watkins Pure Lemon Extract: This product works best when making lemon cookies. The watkins is definitely a better Quality than the other brands. Especially when it comes to overall flavor and taste with a standard cookie or a shortbread variety. A good Quality Lemon Extract.

I don't bake very frequently, but when I do, I look for quality and natural flavor, which is exactly what Watkins provides. My extracts are entirely Watkins. I've tried other brands, and they aren't the same. If you know, then you know. Do you understand what I mean?

This provides the tart lemon taste I was expecting from Watkins. Love their clear vanilla as well as the lemon!

The plastic bottle is a large knock on the product. Go back to glass! Watkins product's typically have a really good flavor. I use a lot of lemon extracts making lemon drops and adding to stuff in a need to salivate continually to prevent more sylivary stones

It says glass bottle but it's plastic. I'm a lil effy on this due to it being a citric product. I hope whatever plastic they used won't degrade over time.

The item is described as being in a GLASS container. It's NOT in glass it's in PLASTIC!! So tired of false advertising and I refuse to buy extracts in plastic. I have already started making my own vanilla extract so I'm just going to try making my own lemon extract if I can't find a manufacturer that sells extracts in glass.
