Watkins Pure Vanilla Extract with Madagascar Vanilla Beans, 2 fl. oz. (Liquid, Ambient, Plastic Container)

If you can get this on sale, it's a great value. I refill old smaller vanilla bottles to keep with my baking stuff, and place this large jug in a cool dark place for an indefinite shelf life!

I have used this vanilla many times in the past. I was a cake decorator for many years, only bake occasionally now. It makes the best icing ever! Decorating icing and cream cheese icing. I get lots of compliments!

Great value for this product love that it comes in the 1 gallon size. Much easier to use in buying a bunch of smaller bottles works great for my cooking.

Once you try Watkins Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla you won't be able to go back to the other brands. I've used it in cookies, cakes, pastries, pies, puddings, pancakes, hot chocolate, and frosting. The flavor just can't be beat. A little of this goes a very long way!

This isn't exactly a review - more of an issue with the bottle. The bottle arrived intact except for the fact that there is no cap on the bottle. The foil seal is there; but when I start using the vanilla there will be no way to close the bottle up. I checked out the shipping box - no lid!!

This vanilla certainly tasted very good, but maybe not as much as the price led me to expect. In my opinion Watkins Baking Vanilla is very good, is much cheaper, and holds up to the heat better. If you are baking one thing, this product might be worth it. But, if you use good vanilla as much as I do, their baking vanilla is the solution.

I ordered this vanilla and some other items . My other items were delivered and it said my vanilla was delivered but it never showed. So I called and they said they would send a replacement bottle and it would be here in 2 days. It was delivered in 2 days but it did come without a lid. It had a very good seal and didn't leak , so I will just put it in another bottle, all good.

It's a like a miniature quantity I'm not happy with that at all to pay close to $7 or 7 and 1/2 dollars and only get a miniature that I don't recommend the flavors fabulous and the quality is fabulous and of course the name you know Watkins is a very you know well no name in baking vanilla but Walmart might want to step their game up on the quantity

I am very disappointed in the products that I received from Watkins. They all taste watered down. The Coffee and Cocoa extracts have the same flavor MUD. Really they do It is not my taste buds.I have used Watkins off and on since I was a child and cooked with my grandmother and I am 88 so I am very familiar with your products. What has happened in the last few years that have ruined your product?

I have used the double strength vanilla for over 30 years and have always had people rave about my desert. However my last purchase of vanilla was very disappointing. It did not have the outstanding aroma or flavour of you previous product. Why would you change such a great product.
