Very satisfied even though I should have bought the QuadPro instead of the QuadMini I could not decide between a directional antenna or an omni-directional so I decided to go with the lower cost one -- the omni-directional. My expectations were high and were well-met. However, I should have gone with the higher gain, directional version because of my distance to the TMO tower. But, the omni-directional version works well enough to call the project a success. The performance overall is decent but the QuadPro would have been a better choice for me. The cables and accessories I got with the antenna are first rate and can be used with the QuadPro when I decide to upgrade. I had no interaction with Tech Support but the manual and all materials lead me to believe that expience would have been phenominal too.

We received the kit from Waveform w/ 40ft of cable on Oct 8, 2025 and decided on a spot in the attic on Oct 14th. If necessary we could have placed it outside. We have a TMO-G4AR which had an average download of 95mbps over a 2 month period. After attaching the external antenna we had an average down load of 192mbps with average highs and lows of 239 and 145. The kit contained everything we needed and was pretty straightforward on connecting our Gateway. We are very pleased with the antenna and would recommend Waveform.

We live in the middle of the woods and even with TMobile home internet we still would have slow speed because of the trees surrounding our home. We decided on buying a Waveform Quad mini to help boost our internet speed. Instructions for setting it up was easily understood and carried out even we are a bit older and it might be challenging. When I ran into a snag, I finally called the company and they helped me with a simple step that made all the difference. We tried the antenna first with the suction cups outside our window and after a few days decided to mount it permanently on the outside wall. Speed increased from 40 download to 142 and upload from 2. 5 to 10. 3. Wow! The only challenge was to climb on a ladder and mount the antenna on the outside wall. My husband who has no fear of hights finally mounted it and according to him that was easy as well.

It is surprising,stunning and refreshing in today's world to get a product with such seamless quality and attention yo detail from start to finish. No "getting by" using a cheap item even where it would be reasonable. Every nut,tool,wire,--even the paper for the instructions was first class quality. Wait! even the videos and website showed everything in amazing detail and left no questions unanswered with an easy path for technical support.

Antenna is much larger than I anticipated. But it works great and I am very happy with the performance. I have it connected to an Invisagig and I am getting an average of 300-400 Mbps download and 50-60 Mbps upload. Before I was in the 200 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload range. I don't have it placed outside or in the optimal location. I have it placed inside in a convenient location. Also, shipping was extremely quick! Faster than Amazon!

Our company installs a lot of these units. This is the best thing on the market , all positive results great gains in Download and upload speeds . . super easy install . . this is a 10 out off 10 product . . if you don't have one you are missing out on the full potential of your internet experience :blush::blush:

I purchased the Waveform QuadMini mainly because I had no decent place for the my T-Mobile TMO-G4AR/G4SE Gateway. I had it wedged into a window sill angled towards my closest 5G tower. Speed was OK most of the time, but I knew with better placement I could get better, plus I wouldn't have the Gateway cluttering up my view. I agree with other posters that the directions are excellent. It's clear Waveform has confidence in their product and proper installation/placement is key. I ended up mounting the antenna under the eave on the side of the house facing the tower and running a 20' cable into my crawl space. The gateway is located there and I've connected it via 1Gbps ethernet to my own router in the main part of the house. My speeds basically doubled from 250-300Mbps to 500-600Mbs download and 50Mbps to 90-100Mbps upload. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and would highly recommend!

easy installation, moderate improvement in signal strength over the T-mobile TMO-G4AR 5G gateway in a window. Antenna mounted on the roof (2 story house). Tower is a few feet over 1 mile from my house, my house and tower are at same elevation, no hills between. Only obstical is a huge sycamore tree directly in the LOS path. Waiting to see what kind of signal improvement I get when it drops its leaves. couple questions: What kind of line attenuation am I getting from 2, 20 foot cables (purchased from you) barreled together? Don't remember SMA specs specifically but I'm thinking 3db for for those connectors (?) Also, do you have antenna pattern charts for that antenna? Wonder if rather than horizontial I mount vertically, will that make a difference. Im retired so no longer have access to scopes, TDR, etc. Regarding Tech Support: havent called so can't rate

I live out in the boonies. Signal here is very minimal, so I gave waveform a try and was surprised how well it works out here. The only problem i had, was my big hands, trying to connect the antenna attachments on the home internet box. Its small and delicate, none of which is me! You can see my before and after speeds were quite a change!

After I got it found the best spot to place it, it worked great. For a week I was getting 700+ Mbps. That soon went away. Now I can get only 50-100 Mbps. I have tried putting it in a different location with no improvements. I will wait another week if it doesn't improve I will send it back.
