It is surprising,stunning and refreshing in today's world to get a product with such seamless quality and attention yo detail from start to finish. No "getting by" using a cheap item even where it would be reasonable. Every nut,tool,wire,--even the paper for the instructions was first class quality. Wait! even the videos and website showed everything in amazing detail and left no questions unanswered with an easy path for technical support.

Very satisfied even though I should have bought the QuadPro instead of the QuadMini I could not decide between a directional antenna or an omni-directional so I decided to go with the lower cost one -- the omni-directional. My expectations were high and were well-met. However, I should have gone with the higher gain, directional version because of my distance to the TMO tower. But, the omni-directional version works well enough to call the project a success. The performance overall is decent but the QuadPro would have been a better choice for me. The cables and accessories I got with the antenna are first rate and can be used with the QuadPro when I decide to upgrade. I had no interaction with Tech Support but the manual and all materials lead me to believe that expience would have been phenominal too.

Our company installs a lot of these units. This is the best thing on the market , all positive results great gains in Download and upload speeds . . super easy install . . this is a 10 out off 10 product . . if you don't have one you are missing out on the full potential of your internet experience :blush::blush:

We received the kit from Waveform w/ 40ft of cable on Oct 8, 2025 and decided on a spot in the attic on Oct 14th. If necessary we could have placed it outside. We have a TMO-G4AR which had an average download of 95mbps over a 2 month period. After attaching the external antenna we had an average down load of 192mbps with average highs and lows of 239 and 145. The kit contained everything we needed and was pretty straightforward on connecting our Gateway. We are very pleased with the antenna and would recommend Waveform.

We live in the middle of the woods and even with TMobile home internet we still would have slow speed because of the trees surrounding our home. We decided on buying a Waveform Quad mini to help boost our internet speed. Instructions for setting it up was easily understood and carried out even we are a bit older and it might be challenging. When I ran into a snag, I finally called the company and they helped me with a simple step that made all the difference. We tried the antenna first with the suction cups outside our window and after a few days decided to mount it permanently on the outside wall. Speed increased from 40 download to 142 and upload from 2. 5 to 10. 3. Wow! The only challenge was to climb on a ladder and mount the antenna on the outside wall. My husband who has no fear of hights finally mounted it and according to him that was easy as well.

Antenna is much larger than I anticipated. But it works great and I am very happy with the performance. I have it connected to an Invisagig and I am getting an average of 300-400 Mbps download and 50-60 Mbps upload. Before I was in the 200 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload range. I don't have it placed outside or in the optimal location. I have it placed inside in a convenient location. Also, shipping was extremely quick! Faster than Amazon!

Prior to getting this, I had two main problems with my connection. One was that my upload speeds were under 10 mbps, sometimes dropping under 2 mbps. Download speed was adequate, often around 100 mbps, but stability was a problem. Sometimes, I had to reboot the gateway several times per day, sometimes every couple of days, but it rarely stayed up more than that. So far, I've had the antenna installed for 17d 1h 57m 10s. I'm not trying to be overly precise, but I copied and pasted that from my gateway's web page, which stands as a reminder that I haven't lost the signal. An automated speed test showed that at off hours, I got 754. 3 down and 46. 7 up, which is a vast improvement. At peak times, my download is typically in the 400-600 range, and upload speeds are in the 20-30 range, which is more a statement about T-Mobile's congestion than anything else. But it also shows that congestion alone was not my problem before I got this antenna. I'm using their window entry cable and I mounted the antenna on a short pole mount outside the window, about a meter above the gateway's indoor location. So the location hasn't changed much and it wasn't a difficult installation job.

We absolutely needed to get away and finally cut the cable from companies that constantly raise internet prices. Waveform Mini presented an affordable choice to connect with T-Mobile, or Verizon home internet. Both antennas from this kit are mounted on a Tripod in my living room. The quality is unsurpassed. Handbook and cabling super easy to understand. These Mini antennas are omnidirectional and work fantastic! My normal signal went from 170 mbps to 401 mbps which makes a huge difference. I'm absolutely sold on the quality, and craftsmanship. I purchased the scratch and dent kit, expecting used material, but everything looks brand new and works perfect. Customer support is high quality. They answer questions and give great tips that actually help. I can highly recommend Waveform products for your next project.

Product arrived in perfect condition. Found a great spot on the side of the house. Ran the cables but the window strip was just a hair too thick and I couldn't close my white vinyl window. Called Waveform and spoke to the technician and he said sometimes that happens but try and place on the window inside. Did this for 2 days and the download speed was awesome but the upload speed dropped. Talked to them again and they said if that is the only spot and it doesn't meet your needs you can return it. I package it up, and they sent a label. Returned no problem and got my money back. I'm saddened it didn't work out because it really did increase everything except the window strap was just a bit too wide. Highly recommend this to everyone!

After I got it found the best spot to place it, it worked great. For a week I was getting 700+ Mbps. That soon went away. Now I can get only 50-100 Mbps. I have tried putting it in a different location with no improvements. I will wait another week if it doesn't improve I will send it back.
