I was really satisfied with this item! The Waverly Inspirations ****% cotton fabric was exactly what I needed—great quality, nice and soft but still durable, and the solid onyx color was rich and consistent throughout. It was easy to work with for sewing and crafting, and the 2-yard cut gave me just the right amount for my project. Would definitely purchase again.
This fabric is perfect for what I am making with it. It is a perfect white. Plus it came precut 2 yards. Exactly the amount I needed. And it is cotton which she wanted! It is going to be. Sash and say BRIDE on it. I am excited she ask me to make it for her.
Listen, this is not for use with a nice quilt, etc. You get what you pay for, and this is a great bargain. I use this for sample quilt sandwiches and I made a stitch book with it, etc. Also going to use it as the backing for a puff quilt and then a higher quality fabric backing on top of that. It's a great all around use fabric to keep on hand and it doesn't break the bank. I always keep a few yards of this in my stash. If your expectations on what you'll use this for are in the right place, this is a heck of a deal!!
I was hesitant to order this fabric but I am glad that I did. I needed some backing fabric for an embroidery and now that Joann's has closed, my options are limited. This fabric was FAR better quality than I expected and I will be ordering this brand again. It is a good weight and the shrinkage was minimal when I prewashed it. i am very happy with this purchase.
walmart is my go-to fabric shop since joanne Fabrics closed. i bought this to matchba chair in my home office and it was perfect. so many colors to choose from. priced to sell too!
I make real baby quilts by hand and I'll use this material over and over I would recommend it to anybody it is really nice and delivery and everything is great price you name it it's a Walmart great item
I love that WalMart offers fabric for such an affordable price. It was exactly the color I was looking for too. Thank you for your fantastic craft department.
My product was at least delivered to the right apartment complex but to the wrong apartment. Luckily there was a picture and I was able to find the chairs it was left in and was able to get it from that person. It was delivered by someone who delivers for Walmart
I buy a lot of Waverly fabric to practice new quilting patterns, so I'm familiar with the brand's quality for these bargain cuts. I've been satisfied with other colors and prints from them. This particular white fabric is thinner than other Waverly yardage in other solid colors. You can see the shadow of seams through the sewn fabric. Not quite as thin as a bedsheet, but close. If you are truly just in need of some white fabric for a simple craft project, or you're just starting with sewing/quilting and don't want to invest too much money—-this fabric is probably “OK enough.”
Our nearby fabric store closed and I had to have this color. This Waverly fabric is so cheap. I've used the fat quarters before and they were okay so I figured the 2 yard cuts would be fine. The fray just from handling it while you sew is so bad that it pulls through a perfect .25" seam allowance. Don't waste your project to this garbage.
