Waverly Inspirations Chalk Paint, Ultra Matte, Ink, 16 fl oz

I have been painting furniture with Walmart's Waverly Brand Chalk Paint for about 4 months now. I find it to be better paint than the other more expensive brands that I was using. It sticks like glue! Compared to the nationwide famous brand I was using, Waverly is more difficult to sand off for that shabby look. Which tells me the paint will stay on longer under wear. Also, it covers VERY well in just two coats. Whereas I usually used 3-4 coats for total coverage with other brands. It does have a stronger odor than the other brands though. I do my painting outside on a screened porch and allow the furniture to dry about 2 days before bringing it inside or putting it in my shop. I also mix my own custom colors. They all look fantastic.

Great product for someone who is a beginner! Used this to paint an old antique cabinet of my Grandmothers. The paint easily covered chipped places and smoothed out the texture. Wish I could post photos of the before and after! I am no expert and was hesitant to begin, but this paint was so easy to work with! I was very pleased with the results!!

I just love this color it can go with almost anything it is the perfect shade of green blends in and leaves such a nice texture im really a blue person but i think this green has made me rethink lol

I have used this chalk paint as well as Annie Sloan and I prefer the Waverly. It's easier to work with and looks great. I use the Waverly clear matte varnish instead of a wax. Both hold up nicely.

Waverly Chalk paint is always my GO TO‼️. I know if I paint something with it I will never be disappointed in the finish🤷🏼‍♀️🥰. I'm so glad it is available at Walmart‼️ Why can I not find Laquor or Merlot‼️‼️‼️

I love this stuff!! I have painted dressers and even kitchen cabinets with it, no sanding required. It is a matte finish. But cover with a coat of polyacrylic and you have the shine.

Great paint, had fun using this paint, very thick, so I added a few drops of water, mixed it well and did a great job with coverage. Great price and I will be buying again

Waverly is a perfect store bought chalk paint because it rivals the boutique brands! It applies, blends and distresses with ease. Plus the colors can be intermixed to create your perfect color! The Sage Green was true to its name. It leans a bit darker, but lightens easily by adding some white chalk paint.

My first time using chalk paint but so far it's been so easy. It covers well but the piece(very old wood) needed a second coat. I'd buy this paint again
