Omgggggg this is the most beautiful piece in my house, it took me a few hours to put it together but having patience worked well.. I used a hot glue gun instead of the glue and it worked perfectly… Love Love it and it arrived early..

This is exactly what I was looking for and use it all the time. it's beautiful.

looks great but smells terrible. my qhole 3500 sq ft house smells like formaldehyde. my eyes and throat sting. ive had the doors open but recommended opening the box in your garage and airing out for days

What a nightmare to assemble; the directions are not clear, the fasteners were unreliable. It looks nice once finally together, but none of the “flame” options are at all what I would have chosen, it takes so incredibly long to effectively heat a room because the only options for heat are a couple temperatures, up to 80°, but no way to change the output (low, medium, high). I don't think it's worth it and if it hadn't been so heavy and a potential giant pain to send it back, I would have returned it.

Unfortunately it came with a few defects it was not easy to assemble and the heat out put is not great. I bought another electric fireplace a few years ago that I still use and that heats my house.

Overall it's a nice piece, but some pieces were chipped during shipment and not everything lines up perfectly. You'll see in the pictures how one side is not flushed and hardware is showing despite how much you tighten it. Adjusting one side pops the other side out of place. Putting it together was a pain.

Made of plastic, not wood products.

Can't locate anyone willing to put together. Over 19 pages of instructions and very labor intensive.
