Useless
Missing more than half the letters, and of the letters there had been 6 of each letter. I also found a bunch of random shapes if you want to call them that, which hadn't been apart of the listed balloons.. I was not able to use these at all, as 95% of the letters I needed where missing.

letters were hard to decipher until bliwn up. the 4 looked like a lowerxase b. labels outside of each item wouod be useful
