This is the Way to Celebrate toddler girl Halloween tutu dress. I got this in a 4T as we current are in a 4T and wanted this to fit perfectly for Halloween and it does. The length is perfect and my girl loves it. The tulle skirt is flowy and not stiff so it is soft and comfortable and so cute on her. My girl loves that the black pumpkin face patches are soft and velvety. The top of the dress is a lightweight t-shirt material that is also super soft and comfortable around the chest and neck.

I grabbed the “black cat” tutu dress in 18 month size for my 13 month old daughter. It's even more adorable in person. The black soot color is sleek, no faded or dull spots, and the cat ears detail had us both smiling. It fits true to size, yet roomy enough for crawling chaos. The fabric feels sturdy and soft. It is definitely worth the price. It is cute, comfy, and durable.

This little Halloween girls tutu dress is cute and fun! My daughter instantly was excited for Halloween and ready to wear it! The shoulders have cute little ruffling to them while the skirt has the tutu overall but regular material under so that helps with scarring and such. The dress is very well priced and this 5t absolutely fits true to size as my child is about 45 inches tall and around 30 pounds and it fit perfect in all ways.

I searched different stores from different brands and they were all low in stock and did not have anything to pickup the same day. I liked the price and it was perfect for a pumpkin patch stroll with my daughter.

The material is well made and the tulle is not scratchy. The sleeves are very soft and and the purple color is very bright and vibrant! This dress has a little bit of stretch to it.

I love these seasonal ruffle dresses and this may be my favorite yet! The black cat design is so adorable and the little ears are even separate from the dress and pop out! My daughter really loves the tutu style for dancing and twirling. The tutu has pretty metallic dots on it that make this dress sparkle a bit. My daughter really loves it too! My daughter is 2 and wearing 2T and it fits well, but maybe a little small compared to other dresses that size.

My 5.5 year old daughter is 45lbs and wearing her usual size of 5T and this just fits her. I am hoping it will make it until Halloween. It was super cute and such a great price I had to grab it especially since she loves that the skirt is a tutu she can twirl in. The dress is very thin so it could work as a costume in warmer climates or at an indoor party. I also like the fact that it is just a classic pumpkin.

This Halloween tutu dress is adorable. I love the purple color and the sparkle. My daughter is 13 months old and I bought her the 18 month size and it fit her perfectly. The material is thinner so if you live in colder climates, you will definitely need to layer your little one. The quality is what I would expect for the price, nothing to write home about. But, the design is super cute with the bats and I can't wait for my daughter to wear this dress the spooky season.

The dress would have been perfect, if it weren't because of what the sleeves looked like by the time i received it. Like, it has been worn? I just don't have the time to return it and look for another dress, for my kid personally chose this dress .
