This costume is well made and cute!! It even had tulle under it to help it stand out a little. The hat is a nice weight too. The dress itself is a standard thin costume material but the straw accents really make it!! All the pieces you need to make your Halloween costume a success!! The shoulders really do sit off the shoulder, there isn't an option to pull them up, just incase you're getting it for a teen or more conservative dresser :)

The costume is a size XL (16/18) and it is a complete set. Contains Dress, hat and Rope belt. The shirt is so cute like gingham with a hay collar and shoulders. The skirt is like suspenders and denim style fabric. The hat is similar to felt, oversized with a belt style around hat. This set reminds of the old OZ days but a more female throw on it. The outfit is pretty TTS, not tight not huge but fitted. It is a very cute outfit more for a young adult that can show some cleavage. It does not come with make up or shoes. So cute would definitely recommend.

This costume is the cutest! Always looking for a fun easy Halloween costume to trick or treat with the kids! I'm a kid at heart and can't not dress up. When the outfit is easy and the make up I'll have to do is simple it makes it so much easier if I can get ready quick so I can focus on the kids. This costume checks all my boxes. It is super cute and well made! Very excited to wear it. I would recommend to anyone.

Wow! surprised with this very well made costume. It fits true to size. The material is very light weight. Comes with the dress, hat and rope to tie around your waist. For reference I'm 5'7 size 10 and this fits perfectly. This gave me the idea for a Wizard of oz family theme! I definitely recommend this costume.

I was really surprised at the quality and attention to detail to this costume. It has everything you need to be the cutest scarecrow on the block. I also really loved that this wasn't a skimpy costume like many of the women's costume that are on the market. I thought it was also true to size. I'm looking forward to wearing this for Halloween for our family costume of the Wizard of Oz.

I can't wait to wear this for Halloween!! It's surprisingly comfortable and thin enough to not be too hot in the Florida weather. This is so cute and really you don't need much else to complete the look. Creative and different from the usual cats, witches, and red riding hood which is what I really like. I am 5'8 and I usually wear size 12, and this was a comfortable fit. I recommend this costume for anyone still deciding!

This costume fits perfect and is so cute! I'm 5'5 and 125lbs and the small fit perfectly. It goes perfectly for the Wizard of Oz theme we are doing this year. It is not too short and not too long. Definitely appropriate as a family costume. I definitely recommend!

This costume is cute and fits true to size. However, the rope pictured to tie around your waist looks long. I got a rope that is too short to tie around my waist. I can get the rope around, and twisted over once, but it's not long enough to make a knot or a bow. Not to mention, it definitely doesn't look as loose as it does in the photo. I guess there's one size rope for all the sizes of costumes, so it's only for ity bity women.

This is a super cute costume and I think for someone with the right body type it would look really really nice, however, unless you have that body type is not very flattering. Would recommend going one size up and be prepared to do some alterations to make it fit as well as it can. Overall it would work for a middle school or high school or anyone older than that probably not

I was so excited to get this costume and get to dress up with my son this year for halloween. I'm still excited and glad I got this in time to make some alterations. I'm going to review this as I would expect a $25 costume to cost. I was impressed with the hat, it's nice quality and average size. The belt is needed the way this costume hits low on the waist and it isn't what is pictured at all. I ordered this in a Large and the belt barely fits around my 8 year old son (he wears a 10/12 children's) and it still doesn't hang down on him. Keep that in mind, you will more than likely have to purchase something else separately for that. The costume fit great around my chest (I'm a 36 C) for reference. The bottom half is quite large and I couldn't size down or the top wouldn't fit me. But I can make a few alterations and be content with this costume fire halloween. The quality is not the best, it's very thin, but I didn't expect it to be. With a new belt, and alternatives on the bottom half of this costume it will be great for one night of fun with my son, but I'm trying to let you know what to expect.
