great product works great with bucket as well as with hose our unit needed a suport team help and i was positive imprested with the speed of respons as well as wiht solutions given very helpfu

I had purchased this product before from Waykar for our Airbnb cabin and have been very pleased with its performance! I would have rated it 5/5 except for what I consider a slight design flaw. The float, which will automatically shut the unit off when the bucket is full, is attached by a thin plastic piece. This broke on our initial unit but Waykar was very responsive and replaced the bucket. The company is very helpful! Overall, I would recommend this unit

I've had mine on for a week it doesn't work. I read direction 3 times to make sure I've done everything right moved it to different rooms didn't help either.
