Overall the binder is very well made and the fasteners hold securely. I use mine for symptoms of orthostatic hypotension and had to add additional Velcro strips to get the right tension and pressure. In all fairness I really needed an XS but S was the next best fit for me.

I usually do not immediately write a review but instead wait to see if my purchase is what I think it is. I had recurrent abdominal hernia repair. I have tried a couple of hernia binders and this is the charm! It doesn't roll up on the bottom or top. No side bars that poke you if you position yourself wrong. Make sure you measure yourself because the fit is near precise. It feels so good and it is refreshing to find a company that got it right.
