both movies i recieved today were damged. the discs seem to be ok but shouldnt have to switch cases due to bad shipping

Not such a good purchase??…
Received my dvd ordered through Walmart.com. My purchase came from an independent seller on the marketplace. It doesn't seem to be NEW as there wasn't any original packaging seals. Looked as if it was a resale/used item and repackaged, although in the advertisement it said NEW. So, be very leery when purchasing items not sold by Walmart, although that's never a guarantee either. I don't even know if the thing works. It was bought as a gift for someone and now unsure if I should gift the item or just return it.
