Weak Knees Gochujang Sriracha is the Bees Knees of Srisacha. I've been using the Spicy Honey for years and can't live without it. I just purchased the Weak Knees Gochujang Sriracha and I know can't live without this. Delicious. Cant wait to try the Bees Knees Salted Honey next.

Saw this in "Food and Wine" magazine and had to try it. I'm smokey and just a tiny bit sweet. A more mild spice than the grocery-store Sriracha we all know and love. My 12 year old daughter loves it too. Recently squired a bit on top: beef stew, mashed cauliflower (amazing!), spaghetti sauce, chicken cutlets, and of course, soup. It goes on anything. Try it!

My wife gave me a bottle of weak knees for Christmas. I have blown through my first bottle and I am now buying in bulk :-D. Seriously this is the best hot sauce I have ever had and REDEFINES Sriracha. It has a mildly sweet finish and it so delicious and complex you can put in on anything. EN-EE-THING!!! I't unlikley I will ever write a condiment review again but Weak Knees is beyond exceptional and I had to share.

On a recent to my son and grand kids in Brooklyn, I tasted this heavenly sauce. I was promptly told it should be put on everything. Frankly, that says it all. This belongs on whatever you're eating; trust me! I just had 8 bottles shipped to me in CA to give as holiday gifts. Once tasted, they fought over each others' bottles. Please! We need this on the other coast!!

My wife is a flight attendant for Delta Airlines, and on a trip to New York she picked up a bottle of Weak Knees Gochujang Sriracha. She's always looking for new flavors and kinds of hot sauce to surprise me with, because I am a bit of a connoisseur, although a very spoiled one. I feel like I really know what the best hot sauces are from across America. Well, from the first taste of the Weak Knees I was instantly sold completely on it, and I was so captivated that I immediately ordered a case of it sent to me here in Hawaii. This is the stuff, folks. Just buy it, you can't possibly go wrong!

I was just recently introduced to Gochujang, and loved it...so when I saw it mixed with another of my favorite condiments - Sriracha -I thought.... how could that possibly be wrong? I'm, Just. So. Right. The best of both sauces combined into one delicious concoction that I want to put on everything. Current combo- fried eggs and sausage with Weak Knees Gochujang Sriracha!!

I bought this sauce for my college-age sons, who love Korean Hai du bap sauce (slightly sweet sriracha like sauce). When we found this they found nirvana. Took only a week for the first bottle to go. Onto the second and looking into local suppliers. It’s so delicious.

I bought this hot sauce as a Valentine's day gift for my partner and he loved it! It was red hot and spicy - the perfect gift. I first tried this product at the Chili Pepper Festival in Brooklyn, and bought two bottles to start me off. Weak Knees has a depth of flavor that is surprising, and a nice slow burn kind of heat that is enough to spice things up if you like it, but not overwhelming. After finishing both bottles, I ordered a refill of 3 more bottles from the website. I'm thinking I may get a bunch more, along with some of the other products, as Christmas presents this year!

I made the the mistake of buying this stuff and I really wanted to like it, but after 3 uses I dumped the bottle in the garbage. It has a sickly sweet taste that overpowers anything you put it on, and I tried chicken, beef and fish. Plus, it is NOT hot and spicy at all. Hard pass
