This brush cleaned the grill well and worked as expected.
This item was shipped by FedEx, it arrived several days after the expected delivery date. This is always happen when items are shipped by FEDEX. They are the worst shippers.
This is the second one of these Weber barbecue cleaners we've had. The first one lasted well over 10 years. We decided to purchase another one. The only improvement they could make is the string that goes through the handle at the top to hang it up. It's a thin piece of string that easily breaks. For such a quantity product a nice leather string would be great.
I have two of the longer Weber brushes like this, and while they work well the shaft between the handle and the brush head is so long that it tends to bend. The short one doesn't do this and cleans better for me. It's a great value at the price point. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good brush to clean their grill.
Good brush, not stiff at all, gets the loose stuff off
I'm not surprised that someone ended up in hospital with a fragment of metal being ingested. My brush does the same thing dropping littles bits of the metal bristles that are hard to see and not always cleaned away by a bbq wipe! Please people at Weber get a better quality brush as the design does a good job of actually cleaning the grill
Bristles in this grill brush are inadequate to clean the grates. This was a waste of money as it is useless.
I didn't realize it was wire. These are very dangerous. The metal bristles can break off during use and get stuck on the grill grates. These loose bristles can then cling to food being cooked—and if ingested, they can cause serious internal injuries. Bought it as part of a bundle by mistake.
Bought my grill brush awhile ago and then we got a recall notice on our Weber grill brush so i didnt use it and should of returned it but wasnt sure how.
Seems like a good brush, but after being hospitalised because a tiny metal bristle lodged in my intestine and needed emergency surgery to remove, I'm not using this brush anymore, neither is any nurse or doctor who worked on my case! It was a tiny piece of metal too small to notice by eye or chewing that must've stuck on the plate and then onto my food - but enough to do damage to me!
