I grilled tuna, and it turned out super delicious—so tender and flavorful It is easy to clean after grill. It heats up quickly and is suitable for a variety of foods, from pancakes to stir-fries. The griddle is easy to use, with side tables for added workspace and a front grease management system for easy cleanup. Highly recommended !

I have used this several times and so far no rust noticed. Just not sure why pre-seasoned surface is sticky after each use. I have followed manual and watched videos to see how to avoid/minimize this. Otherwise, I am happy with purchase.

Weber advertises this griddle as "Pre-seasoned and ready to cook on right out of the box." This is incorrect. The 1st thing you read when you take it out of the box is a statement that says the griddle must be seasoned before use. Why would they do that? Could have had a 5 star review. And didn't even provide any seasoning wax. Bummer.

purchased and from the beginning it has only worked once..i told the store and then i called weber and they sent me a new manifold cause the first one did not work and now i have to wait for the store to come and install it..i got it to light the first time with matches but not the second time...
