Weber 36-Inch Propane Griddle - 44310401

Though I have every other type of Weber cooking device under the sun, it took me a long time to add the griddle. I am very happy with it...it has everything I need and nothing I don't. Build quality is excellent vs. some other brands. Hibachi, cheesesteaks (Go Birds!), smash burgers, burgers, big breakfasts; we've gotten a lot of use out of it already. Only wish I had done it sooner!

Since I already own two grills and a smoker I did not see the need for a flat top griddle. I let my wife talk me into it and after doing a little research settled on the Weber brand because of its reputation and BTU output that is superior to the competitors. I have no regrets. This thing is a game changer. We often cook for 10 to 12 people and this large cook surface allows me to prepare an entire meal at one time. Whether cooking eggs or searing steaks this unit is up to the job. Great temperature control and no hot or cold spots. I would recommend this to anyone, you just can't beat Weber quality.

I received my grill and have not stopped using it. Putting it together was a breeze and cooking has been great. Cleaning is easy Best grill i have ever owned

Worked well on its "maiden voyage" cooking 20 tenderloin steaks for a Thanksgiving feast! Looking forward to many future grilling/griddling adventures!!

What a steal, on sale before the 4th! Gorgeous looking, well built, just turn the knobs and it's lit! Easy to clean, even heat and tons of space for everything.

My first Griddle. So far, so good. But my biggest complaint is the side tables. They get too hot to be usable. Now I have to look for some kind of trivet so I can put plates and things on it. I also would have liked a longer drip hole, maybe placed at the bottom running along the width and not in the left corner only. Its just awkward to scrape into a corner.

This is my first griddle. I bought it because it was at a great price, the Weber name, and it has a shelf for storage underneath. The steel cooking surface is excellent. I have only two criticisms of my griddle: 1. The right side shelf gets too much heat. If I lay my tools on it, they're uncomfortably hot when I go back to pick them up; and 2. the side shelves do not fold so it takes up a lot of space, unnecessarily.

I am a huge Weber fan and own many of their products. Unfortunately this griddle does meet the quality as their products. I seasoned the griddle top according to instructions and used it without any issue for many months. I did not use the griddle for about 2 months and when I went to use it, it was covered in rust. Not just surface rust but deep rust that required me to get a wire wheel to get off. I would completely understand if it rusted because of lack of seasoning or if I left it uncovered, however it was seasoned very well and it was covered. I'm guessing this is why they came out with the Weber Slate. Im completely dissatisfied with the product and response from Weber.

When facing the gridle the second burner from the left melted the chrome front the very first time the gridle was lit. We are waiting and hoping the replacement parts work and not an other mess.
