Weber 45010001 Spirit II E-310 3-Burner Liquid Propane Grill, Black

The grill despite stating that it is iGrill 3 compatible is not! I called Weber and they said that I would have to buy a different model of grill for iGrill 3 compatibility This is very annoying . In order to ascertain if it has the iGrill 3 compatibility one has to completely unpack the grill - making it difficult to return. The manual that comes with the grill also shows a picture of iGrill compatibility --- but in very small print on the bottom of a page states "the grills illustrated in this Owners manual may vary slightly from the model purchased". Meanwhile there is no model information with the grill or the box only a serial number. This is very deceptive advertising and also makes it difficult to get an accurate price comparison between grills from various sources. In my opinion I paid for an IGrill 3 compatible BBQ but did not get one.
