Weber Burner 30'' Rust-Resistant Griddle with Extendable Side Table

Great addition to our outdoor kitchen. Last fall I purchased a Searwood pellet grill. I found myself using a small griddle a lot on the grill so I added the Slate to the set-up. It works great. Since I have acquired it I think I have cooked in our indoor kitchen just once! The storage is great. Lots of work space. Another quality Weber product

I really like the plug n play convenience of the natural gas line. The 30' Slate has plenty of cooking surface! 3 burners give many heating options. I do not like the tool hooks being on the outside ends of the side tables. Not easy to grab your tools while cooking. Not a good place to store your tools if planning to cover grill.

Great grill. I put this together myself. It took several hours to figure out the instruction and a good 4 hours to assemble. Graphics and text is very poor and needs to be improved by Weber. I have two stainless steel screws that will not fit as well.

This is truly a great grill! Everything cooks evenly every time. The collapsible tables are super convenient and when up provide ample prep space. The best part in my opinion it heats up quickly and with the thermometer you know exactly what temperature youre at.

Researched Griddles before my purchase , the ready not rusty claims have so far held true . This is an important detail when selecting your griddle as there is real science behind Webers process to better control the natural corrosion process . Secondly , the accessories for webers griddles are well thought out , well designed , of excellent quality and function . I'll note the paper towel dispenser and the garbage bag , as well as the carry out tote and the warming tray are in constant use while cooking . Thirdly the instructions are completely 3 dimensional amazingly put together on an bild app that'd includes audio . The fit and finish of all parts was one of the most square , clean line build of material i may have ever come across in my life . No wrong fit , no bent metal ,no stripping screws, nuts , bolts or thread holes …all perfect integration the first time . Solid construction and beautiful finish lines are the result . Love this griddle and waited for the natural gas version and so glad I did . Love cooking on it for my Family Sunday Morning after Church 😊

The grill is an easy install and set up. I love the gas quick disconnect. The easy of using the flat griddle is great for cooking a variety of items and make is quick and easy. The even heating surface takes the guesswork out of cooking to the right consistency.

First off, I have used other flat-top griddles over the last couple of years. I feel like Weber somehow found out what my gripes were and said, "fear not, we will craft you a griddle that corrects the mistakes others have made". I love this product!

My 28 year old son is the culinary wizard who requested this device and it has been a grilling sensation! He has “smashed” his burgers and nailed huge breakfasts!

The slate was a Father's Day gift. I had been eyeing a griddle for awhile and my wife pulled the trigger. We've used it pretty much every day since. Assembly was a little time consuming, but not difficult. Guidance for how to connect the included hose (3/8”) to a 1/2” NG connection was a little lacking (don't use a flare fitting by the way) but otherwise happy with the quality and features. It heats quickly and evenly, the food coming off the griddle has been delicious. Clean up is a breeze. I do wish it had come with more drip tray liners out of the box. Overall I'm very happy with the 30” Slate Griddle.

So exited to get my new 30” slate seasoned and ready to use when I noticed that the flat grill was warped. No problem, one picture to Weber and a new one was send within one week. Really happy to purchase the slate to add it to my Weber NG bbq.
