Weber Crafted Glazed Baking Stone

I havevused my glazed baking stone a few times and it works great. It does take some getting practice to figure out how long to cook and if you should be using direct or indirect heat. The first pizza was a thicker crust than thin it came out good but not perfect. It probably would have been better with indirect heat. But back to the stone. Nothing has stuck to it. It does what it is supposed to in a great way. I highly recommend this if you think you might like grilled pizza

Who knew a basic frozen pizza could taste so good? Well, using this stone on the Weber grill elevates a bargain brand frozen pizza to near 'gourmet' flavor. Quick and easy to use. It will take some trial and error to best dial in needed cook times (the first attempt led to a slightly burnt bottom crust). But even at that, the overall flavor of the pie was exceptional! My second pizza was better, but still a tad over baked on the bottom. Plan on trialing some burner settings to find what works best for each scenario (from frozen state, thawed state or fresh pizza dough). Note that any cheese that falls on the stone will scorch and leave discoloration that is not fully cleanable. We did the baking soda technique listed in the instructions and that did help, but did not completely remove the stain. I don't count this as a negative, just a heads up. Fully 5 Stars and I highly recommend this add-on to your Weber grilling experience!

Absolutely great stone not only can you make pizza and bread, but sautéing vegetables to go with your grill meats is absolutely delicious!

We are loving the Pizza Stone designed for the Weber Grill. I was thinking about getting an outside pizza oven but there is no need to do that if you have a Weber Grill.

I've only use the pizza stone once and the crust came out amazing on the pizza stone. Looking forward to many other grilling options with this pizza stone.

Bought the pizza stone for my Weber genesis…. Have made perfect Diavola pizzas on both occasions, twice as fast as I used to do on my old bbq. Highly recommend

We bought a new genesis grill 3 weeks ago and were so excited to have the ability to have a specific space for the pizza and still be able to grill on the other side. We did enjoy the pizza and fajitas we made. On the 2nd use the pizza stone cracked in half. We followed the directions and were very disappointed to have this happen from such a quality product

Cracked after first use and Weber would not stand behind it because it was sent to me in May but not used till Jul. if it couldn't get past the first use I would stay away and try a different brand I spent thousands on Weber grills and products over the years and now I am quite disappointed. You would think they would stand behind their product beyond 30 days especially since they are overpriced to begin with.
