Weber Genesis E-325 39000 Btu 3 Burner Liquid Propane Gas Grill Black

This grill meets my expectations in terms of sear zone and WiFi thermometer. I also love the convenience of natural gas power. No more lugging propane tanks. Cost of running the gas line is worth it for the convenience.

The digital thermometer is such a cool feature because the app tells you exactly when to flip the meat and when it’s done to your liking. The one-touch ignition worked perfectly the first time and that sear section is awesome since it gets all the way up to 750 degrees. The only thing I didn't like was the assembly. The instructions are just pictures with no words which made it confusing. The app even showed steps for different models so I spent way too much time looking for parts I didn't even have. It really needs a small written description to explain the steps. Besides the setup being a headache the grill itself is just awesome.

It's because I get so confused by how to properly operate the pellet grill that we have. This grilling masterpiece is friendly to those that aren't well versed in the grilling universe. It's easy to operate, manage temps, and it heated up so fast! There was no waiting around for the grill for dinner tonight, it was ready in minutes! The design is functional. Enough space for a variety of foods, without crowding or cross-contaminating. My husband (the skeptic) was quite impressed with the construction and durability of the racks and overall unit. This thing is designed to last. Weber has really hit a home run with this grill! The grill was shipped to us in a large box on top of a wood pallet. It was heavy, but manageable to move. The instructions included were very helpful and easy to follow. All in all, we feel very Lucy to have been matched with this program. Truly such a wonderful product that I would highly recommend to anyone who struggles to operate a charcoal or pellet grill. Forget all of the extra steps. Just go with this guy!

The grill heats evenly while making it simple to cook items evenly with the Weber connect app. Never overcook anything ever again. Plus the newly added sear zones give you that nice flame charred searing on your food. This grill is a 10 out of 10!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Weber Genesis EX325W Smart gas grill is definitely an upgrade from my gas grills I have owned in the past. What stood out to me the most is the cast iron enameled bottom and lid. My previous grills always rusted out, but I know this one is built to last. The cast iron enameled grates are also awesome. I like that they can be flipped over to accommodate additional accessories if I want them. The grill heated up pretty fast and the sear zone is great for steaks. The digital thermostat is really handy. Before you use it though, you have to download the app and get it all set up. I found that kind of annoying, but we are living in a digital world these days. I have not used the meat probe that it comes with yet, but I am happy that it came with one. The bottom cabinet is nice because I don't have to see my propane tank. I also like the grease management system with disposable trays. The shelves on the side are really nice to have to hold my trays. I think it's pretty cool that the one shelf can be changed into seasoning holders or marinate pans if added accessories are purchased. I like that the grill is on wheels, so I can roll it around on the back porch. Overall, I think I am really going to love cooking on this grill the longer that I have it.

This is perfect for beginners because both my husband and I are clueless about grilling, but this smart grill helps us grill an almost perfect steak! We like it medium rare but ended up slightly overcooked it to a medium. Nonetheless, it was a very quick grilling session, steak dinner in 10 mins! The thermostat helps so much, and having the app to control it as well made a world of a difference. We can set the temperature from inside the house with a simple touch. I will say the setup wasn't as obvious because some images from both the Bilt app and the manual showed different things, and the steps were different on both as well. I was kinda stuck and had to call my husband to help set up the rest of it. Anyway, maybe that's a small complaint. Nonetheless, it has been a solid grill, and materials are heavy duty.

Great grill. Digital temperature module doesn't work, sent a new one, and hat doesn't work either

The app won't load on my phone, there is no way to tell temperature. It's extremely difficult to cook “Blind””

The smart connect system is so glitchy it cannot connect to my phone, numerous tries. I sent a message to Weber support to help- no reply a week later. Online search shows this is a common problem. Worst part is the screen will not display the temperature at all because it is stuck saying “APP” but cannot be connected. Expensive new grill, flying blind on the temp. They need to help get this issue fixed for me and other ASAP!
