I couldn't be happier with this purchase. The cooking is even throughout the griddle and the sear zone is just an added bonus. It has plenty of room for a generous amount of food to cook. Easy to clean as well, which was always a point that I dreaded. I've never been happier to clean a grill in my life since I bought this one!
My first Weber, very easy to follow instructions and everything lines up beautifully. good quality nuts n bolts and all parts are doing exactly as you would hope.
Stainless steel looks good. Hanger for propane hose needs a redesign. Compressing the clip, reaching inside the cabinet and guiding it into a black hole that is hard to see, should be an embarrassment for Weber engineers.
Absolutely amazing and stellar support. World class warranty and the people to bring it to the retail customers. Long lasting warranties that are fully supported and even encouraged with coverage that is above what is expected or even covered. Education and detailed handling for mistakes that was made on my part without any attitude
This is my first grill and I did a lot of research on brands, models, and so on. I love this grill. It was easy to setup and had no issues with shipping or unboxing. I bought the black grates separately as well as the griddle attachment which add value and provide different uses. No complaints. 5 stars. Here's hoping it lasts a long time.
My previous grill was a Genesis that I used almost daily year-round and lasted more than a decade. So once it needed replacing, I turned to this new Genesis, and I love this one as well. Looks sleek, heats quickly, easy to use. I plan to get more than a decade of near-daily use out of this one, too.
Weber proves yet again that you get what you pay for. Purchased online and assembled with my son in about 40 minutes. It is apparent how much thought goes into the design and quality of this product, starting with the way it is packaged. Not just a bunch of pieces sliding around inside a large box; everything is protected. Arrived on a pallet via truck (+/- 230 lbs). Assembly was actually an enjoyable experience, mostly due to the superior product design. The screws have neoprene washers so that there is no metal to metal contact between the screws and the panels. The body panels have built in "hooks" so that you can hang the panel on the frame and then insert the screw, rather than struggling to hold a panel in place while inserting a screw. The heat is even and reliable. I was used to building in extra cook time on cheaper grills because of un-predicatable temps and un-reliable built in thermometers. The built in thermometer is actually accurate. I opted for the E325-s as I prefer the coated cast iron grates vs the stainless steel and did not need the smart connect or side burner. Clean up is amazingly easy due to the pull-out funnel shaped drawer that directs everything to the disposable aluminum catch pan.
We just bought it and the starter button doesn't work. I know it's under warranty and I registered it but I don't know how to get the starter button fixed? We did the trouble shooting from the book and website, still doesn't work. This is our second Weber grill and I'm not happy yet!
Weber has become overpriced. Not the same product as in the past. Everything has become more economical and cheap. But the price has substantially gone up.
I have been unable to use my grill as I have not been able to assemble it due to a damaged part. I have been trying for more than two weeks to obtain the part (which must come from Weber) or obtain any information as to when I might hope to get it. Very disappointing and will not order another unassembled grill from any company. The only photo I might upload would be of the unpacked parts now taking up room in my garage.
