Ive always used a Weber gas grill. Last one made it over 16 years before I replaced it with the Genesis Stealth E330. Ive used it everyday since bought. It heats up super fast, 450⁰ in 5 minutes? Heck yeah! Can't wait to add the griddle and hot seer plates!
Absolutely the best grill I have ever had. I had another Weber before this one and it was still going strong after 21 years. This one is even better! I gave my old Weber to my son and he was thrilled. The one thing that stands out on my new Weber is how precise the temperature control is and the even distribution of heat. It is built like a tank and uses top quality materials. I believe that this is probably the last grill I will ever need. I highly recommend Weber grills for anyone looking for a lifetime grill. Good job Weber!!
The Stealth Edition adds the right touch. Just the right amount of changes to make this grill standout among the rest. My first Weber Genesis lasted 26 years, it was time for a new grill. Weber didn't disappoint, this is a great grill. I had the grill delivered and I assembled. The instructions and 3D web tutorial made assembly fairly easy, it was overwhelming at first when seeing all the parts. Weber did an excellent job packaging, not one scratch on anything, there's plenty of cardboard to protect everything. After assembly I rolled to my deck and wiped the surfaces to remove dust and fingerprints. The matte black hood does take a little more effort in cleaning vs. a stainless or painted hood. Time will tell if the matte holds up, so far it's been good. Like any other matte surface, it requires more than a simple wipe and go (of you don't like streaks). Grilling for the first time I quickly learned the need to use oil or other non-stick ingredient on the meat or vegetables to keep from sticking to the grates. I read where others were having the same issue. I'm sure after time the grates will "season" and require less oil on meat to reduce the sticking. The sear zone is HOT (no kidding)! I grilled a couple sirloins using the sear and they were done in 4 minutes (med-rare/med). One minute each side, then turned 90 degrees for another minute on each side to get the cross grill marks. The steaks were outstanding. I noticed one of the flavor bars was bright red when using the sear zone. Time will tell if that flavor bar will need to be replaced sooner than others due to high temps. Last thing, and maybe this is just me, I'm used to lighting one burner with the push button and then turning on the other burners, one at a time, and they would light. Not so with this grill. I need to light each burner by pressing the igniter. I must have missed this in the manual. It's not a big deal, just different than my previous Weber.
After years of grilling on our Weber Q and much research we finally bought a larger grill. Our new Weber Genesis E-330 has changed everything about grilling for us. We have smoked meat on it, made pizza (absolutely the best), seared steaks, we’ve used a cast iron pan that fits perfectly on the Weber crafted frame. This has opened a whole new world of grilling for us.
Very pleased with this grill. A big improvement over my last grill. Very large cooking surface. Cooks evenly with no flare ups. Couldn’t be happier.
This grill replaced my 12 year old Weber Spirit. I am thrilled with the modern updates and performance of my new Genesis. The cast iron grates are fantastic at both applying a sear as well as allowing even cooking surfaces.
This replaced my 13yr. old Weber. Put it together myself in about 1 hour.
Its a very solid grill so far easy to put together it cooks very even no hot spots. So far i love it we will see how it stands the test of time
This unit is built very well. Gets hot and holds temps nicely. Plenty of onboard storage. Perfect size for 20 head backyard get together.
Great quality grill, very sturdy and heavy duty. My only complaint is the grease trap is to small. I like the versatility of it too, I plan on adding the griddle feature in the future.
