This grill is very nice. Not pleased I had to buy the tank scale extra and had to call to get the match lighter metal stick. Wish the grills were still built like tanks. But as for now this grill is pleasant. The sear station is a great way to cook steaks. Must have side burner is extremely nice. I am happy with the grill but truly hope it will hold up long term. Bought the cover to but worried what it does not cover will rust. Time will tell. Spent days reviewing several grills and settled on Weber. Glad I did my homework and pleased with the purchase just sad some features are no longer standard on the grill for the price. Feel free to do your research but if you don't want to waste your time this will be a great fit after all of my research.
I have owned Weber grills for the last 35 years, but this one is even better than all the others. Just the weight and feel are impressive and sturdy. I have only had the grill a few weeks, but two thumbs up so far. It gets to 500 degrees in under 10 minutes. My other grills have always had cast-iron grates, and this one has wire-type grates; I am sure that's not the technical term, but I am not sold on them just yet. All in all, I love this grill and am glad I purchased this model.
I purchased this grill just before Father's Day. It's fantastic, and the searing feature puts that little extra on steaks. It was time to replace my old Weber and this was the perfect choice. These are Great grills and the warranty is second to none.
Very happy with my purchase so far. The burners put out very high heat which takes a couple cooks to get use to. I purchased the stainless steel vegetable tray and love it. It keeps everything from falling through the grates and does an amazing job. I'm looking forward to adding the rotisserie accessory on my next purchase.
The Genesis S-335 Gas Grill is a great grill. This is the second Weber grill of this type I've purchased. When my old one finally, after 12 or 13 years, there was no doubt what my next grill would be. This new iteration of my former Genesis 320 is really something. I'm thrilled with it.
This is my second Genesis. My first Genesis Silver purchased in 2004 has just been replaced by this one. E-335 w/side burner & propane gas. Easier to clean than my older one. Seriously, this bbq is enjoyable to use. I grill 4 days a week even in winter. Granted, I live in northern Virginia, but we had a hard winter for here including Snowcrete for a week. This bbq was expensive but it will last longer (well it better last longer) than my dishwasher, oven & refrigerator which were all the same price or more than this grill). My 2004 grill moved with us 4 times. If this thing doesn't last as long without moves, Weber is doing something terribly wrong. My 3 concerns are the interior gas burners have a plastic connector each, the outer side burner does not lower enough for simmering and it needs a stainless steel splatter guard around it. I would recommend this grill, it is big, which I need. It works extremely well, starts up quickly and heats evenly. I plan on buying some of the accessories such as the griddle. I hope they go on sale.
Splurged and replaced my 15+ year old (still working)Genesis this year. I am really impressed. Heats up quick, gets super hot for searing. I have ordered, but haven't used the pizza stone and flat top inserts. Only complaint I have is that it doesn't come with a gas gauge. Other than that it is fantastic!
Beautiful grill, well made. I assembled it myself, the instructions could be a lot better. So if you are a novice use the app for better instructions. Regardless the assembly went well it took about two hours, but I took my time. The grill itself heats up and cooks well, all said and done it was worth the money.
Just recently assembled and weather hasn't cooperated for extensive, but so far it's has performed outstanding. This purchased replaced a Weber grill purchased 20 years ago, this longevity was contributing factor to stay with Weber product. Another contributing factor is the Weber grill I purchased for my father 33 years ago and it's still running like a top. Love the new functionality/options that come with the WEBER CRAFTED frame kit.
Extremely disappointed with my Weber grill and equally disappointed with customer service. The plastic protective layer on the grill was essentially melted on the cover of my grill and the ignition button does not work. I spent $1300 on a grill and immediately had issues. To top it off their customer service team has been zero help. I have reached out multiple times and Weber has done nothing to assist with my issues. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
