Weber Genesis E-435 Premium 4-Burner Natural Gas Grill in Black with Side Burner

Love my new grill. I enjoy grilling and probably use my grill once a week. I previously had a 3 burner Weber, but needed a bit more space for when I entertain. I cooked one of my specialities, beer can chicken, for friends recently and we all agreed it was the best beer can chicken I had made. I think the extra space in the grill and its evenness for indirect cooking made the difference. I never quite got the hang of the sear station on my old grill (10+ years old), but have found this one much easier to use and producing a perfect medium rare steak. Looking forward to trying out the griddle that I bought with it.

My new Genesis Grill is everything I was hoping for. Well built with quality materials but just as important, much more efficient than the grill I had previously. I find that the grill heats quickly and provides a good even distribution of heat giving perfect results every time.

My e-415 Weber grill blew off my deck during a wind storm earlier this year. It was only 7 years old. I loved that grill, especially the 'copper' color. However, this grill has a side burner, closed doors for storage, a separate side storage unit and a large surface. I separately purchased a half griddle, which I really enjoy making breakfast and other foods on the grill. I wish the griddle was about an inch higher on the sides. This would prevent food from falling into the grill...especially when flipping vegetables, but not a big problem. I also would bring back the copper grill as an option...great color!

Another great product from Weber! I love the new burner's and it also has the Weber crafted grate. I think this is an improvement to my Summit. I use my grills/pellet smoker 3-4 days a week.

In the Destin FL salt air this is the only grill tha will last... I have had a prior Weber for 15 years and the burners are still great... I took it to a property in GA and got this larger one for our new pool. I wont own anything but a Weber!

The grill was relatively easy to assemble. It's well built with what seem like quality parts. The warranty looks good too. It's fun to use and cooks very well with nice heat distribution.

I bought the S-435 to replace a beloved Genesis II. Full disclosure I never saw the S-435 before purchasing, if I had I probably would not have purchased it. The drop in quality materials from the Genesis II is astounding. The II is an extremely heavy, solid, grill. The S-435 is almost flimsy in comparison. The reason that it matters, is that this grill cannot hold its heat. When you lift the lid, even if you close it quickly, there is a dramatic loss of temperature. It takes longer to preheat. It is not the quality of grill I thought I was buying. Very disappointing. I don't love the stainless steel grates. Again, temperature is an issue. It's a fine grill. It's not a great grill and for the name and the price it should have been.

The instructions on how to put the grill together were terrible!! I called the help line and was put on hold forever. I finally got to talk to someone then they hung up on me so I had to call back and I was again put on hold for a long time again.

Cheep stainless used for exterior parts, constant rust problem, I have better thing to spend my time then remove the rust every time I remove the cover as the solution from support services, took it to the landfill purchased a different grill, My third or 4th Weber but never again

I cannot tell you how it is working because the grill is unassembled. Weber agreed to ship a replacement grill to a qualified contractor for assembly and the grill showed up at my house unassembled. I contacted Weber and they informed me that a contractor would call me to arrange assembly. No one has called. Weber has been a huge disappointment.
