Used with Weber smokers on a family Q cooking venison rack. Was excellent.

Higher Quality
I never realized that there was different quality in wood chips for smoking. Hickory is my favorite for smoking many types of meats. I tried the Weber brand chips and I'll never go back.

A great flavour addition while cooking on the Q!
Easy to use, adds a great flavour to slow cooked beef (as slow as can be cooked on a Weber Q). This takes a little while to start smoking, so not a bad idea to let it run for 20-30 mins before adding meat to the Q. Overall super happy with the flavour and looking forward to trying new flavours in the future.

Good flavour and good value
I like to use the chips for my ga and wood chunks for my kettle. The hickory is my favourite wood to smoke with.
