Weber Q 1200 1-Burner Propane Gas Portable Grill, Green

This is my 3rd Q and these are the greatest grills ever. Portable, easy to use and set up, especially with the stand. I have a 2nd home in the mountains and bears destroyed my Q there 3 times. I bought this one to replace my current Home Q and am using the parts from both to make the mountain Q whole again. Did I say easy to work on and repair?

I had an issue with the regulator, I contacted Weber and they sent a new one after I tried a couple of there suggestions to fix the problem. I am very satisfied with the way I was treated and will be recommending this product to others. Thank you Weber

We love our Weber Q BBQ. In fact, this is the 4th one we have owned in the past 10 years. We like the compact size and ease of use. We especially like this newest one because of the built in thermometer and it fits on the stand we had for our previous Q 1200. It is the perfect size for the two of us.

The grill is a perfect size for 2 people. My only complaint is it won't go over 350 degrees. So I bought a large propane tank since that was a suggestion when they don't get hot enough and it still isn't getting up to 400. I also did the reset in case I did something wrong but that didn't help either. So it's well made just won't get hot enough and for the initial cost and then added expense it should work seamlessly from the get go.

Great little grill. I use it a few times a week. Nice temperature control, convenient, and cooks food perfectly with prominent grill marks. There was not an option for 4.5 stars, so 4 stars. I’d give it a 5 if the flame could kick up a tad more, and if it had a couple more inches of grill area. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

Found the perfect small portable gas grill that fits perfectly on my condo balcony & is easy to take on weekend cook outs. The Weber Q 1200 Grill. Grill marks are amazing. Use Weber grill instructions when grilling results for juicy, tender food for you and your guests.

Although I like the grill, I liked the "original" Weber Q much better. It was "beefier" and better made. Also, the new stand for the small Q is exceptionally rickety and cheap. Also, difficult to raise and lower. The cooking grill itself is also not nearly as good. It's all marketing, I'm afraid. I think Weber wants you to buy the larger version of the grill. Even so, I still prefer this to other small grills.

This is the second WeberQ I have owned and I can sincerely say the one I bought then is much better than this one! First off it is probably cast aluminum this is including the lid and the body. The older one was cast iron and solid; I would probably still have it but I didn't have a cover and the insides rusted out. The grates of the new one are cast iron, I think, but aren't as heavy as the old one. I'm afraid that if this one is either dropped or falls over it will break

The bbq doesn't heat up past 350 degrees even though it should go between 450-550 degrees. Need to contact customer support to figure out what's wrong.
