This Weber Smokehouse Burger Seasoning is a great and simple spice solution for burgers and other meals. It has a nice spicy flavor that is savory. Some burger seasonings tend to be more on the sweet side and have sugar added but not this one. So this is a good addition if you want a more classic smokey/spicy flavor rather than some that lean more towards barbeque flavor. It comes blended with salt so you do not have to mess around trying to figure out how much salt to add to the spice. It is also a generous bottle size that includes 270 servings (1/4 tsp serving size). This review was collected as part of a promotion, and the opinions are my own.
Weber Smokehouse Burger Seasoning packs a bold, backyard-grill flavor with a smoky, savory blend that instantly upgrades burgers. The mix of garlic, onion, and subtle spices adds depth without overpowering the meat, letting the beef still shine. It's simple, reliable, and works just as well on chicken or veggies when you want that classic grilled taste fast.
Tried the Weber Smokehouse Burger Seasoning and it delivered classic cookout flavor without overpowering the meat. The onion, garlic and black pepper give it a savory punch, while paprika and dill add a subtle smoky-herb finish that tastes straight off a backyard grill. Super balanced and easy to make a legit burger with minimal effort.
I have used this brand before and I do like the flavor. A hint of spicy but it is not overwhelming. I would say it's a bit too salty. I would prefer it with less salt more like a rub. I just won't add extra salt to meat when seasoning. This seasoning can be used by itself.
The Weber smokehouse burger season is excellent for elevating your homemade burgers. Making delicious burgers is easy. Just add this to ground beef, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire and sprinkle this in then shape your patties. Delicious. You can add it to the top of the frozen patties to make them taste better too, but might as well make them homemade.
I used the Weber Smokehouse Burger Seasoning on steak and it added a really nice smoky, garlicky crust without me having to fuss with a bunch of separate spices. The mix of salt, garlic, onion, pepper and smoked paprika gives the steak that "grilled over a fire" taste even on a regular pan, and it didn't come off overly salty when I sprinkled it on both sides before cooking. I'd definitely keep this on hand for easy steak nights or burgers when I want more flavor with almost no effort.
I thought this was a unique blend of dill, garlic, pepper and onion. It tastes great on my beef burger. I think the larger granules gives a more powerful texture to the burger. This was a larger bottle that I would normally buy but I plan to use this more often.
This Weber seasoning adds a great smoky flavor and worked really well on both a baked potato and grilled pork loin without overpowering the food. I like that it delivers a lot of taste with zero calories, which makes it easy to stick to my diet goals. This seasoning is versatile and fits well into healthier cooking. I'm a very happy customer, will buy again!
Weber Smokehouse Burger Seasoning starts off fairly mild and can even come across as a bit bland on the first bite, especially if you're used to bold or heavily seasoned burgers. The smoky flavor is subtle rather than punchy. However, after a moment, there's a noticeable kick that slowly follows, adding a gentle heat that lingers just enough to make itself known. It's not spicy by any means, but it does keep the seasoning from falling completely flat.
This smokehouse burger seasoning has some interesting but good ingredients. It has dried onion, smoked paprika, dried dill etc. I prefer seasonings that aren't basic and that have a good amount of ingredients that complement each other, this seasoning has a good variety of ingredients.
